Overall I'm so glad that I went with you guys over some of the cheaper options. I was really impressed with how well the printing looked over wood. My wife was over the moon when she got it for her birthday!
The one recommendation that I have is that when I put in a personal message, and then added an overlay, the overlay covered one word of my message. While small, and ultimately inconsequential, it would have been nice if that had been caught either by your program simply not allowing it, or for a warning to appear saying that it would happen.
