We had no idea what to expect from the actual item but the concept was great and we wanted to give it a try. With a little hesitation, we ordered 2 as wedding gifts. When they arrived a few days later (in SC), we could not have been more surprised and pleased. We chose the natural wood option and were glad to see that the wood grain wasn't pronounced so as to distract from the actual "picture". The coloring was sharp and the quality was better than expected. The only thing we wished had been different is that there had been more to the picture - since we chose the natural wood, it sort of felt empty and perhaps needed more to it. Still, very happy, would definitely recommend, and will buy from again!
