It really bothered me that the shipping label for my product was created WAY before my product was even ready to be shipped...it makes it seem like my package is out for delivery when in reality it hasn’t even been made yet...you guys shouldn’t create the shipping label until the product is ready so customers don’t misunderstand where their product is at. I was really impressed with how quickly someone contacted me when I brought this up though...Thank you for the quick and clear customer service!
