I have had 3 Training sessions at DARE Food in Kitchener, and they all hav been very Informative and Enjoyable. Charlie is a very knowledgeable and entertaining Trainor. He has a way of always making the class be at full attention while still remaining a calm enjoyable atmosphere. He has a smooth way of blending the Training material with personal stories and experiences, this ensuring that the class is fully engaged at all times.
The only bad thing I can say is that I can only give a 5 star review and not a 10. Keep up the Excellent work!!
