My first set of seat belts i sent to them that i figgled with (trying to repair at home) Tracking my package that was received by them on Thursday morning i got a call from them within 2 hours indicating that due to federal regulations and safety they could not repair the set as it "appeared to be tampered with", (i knew that) now thinking what would be a nightmare with diagnostic fees and what not, guess what i get? a FULL REFUND, shipped back to me FREE and on top of that a 15% OFF towards next order. now i don't know about you, but any mechanic i visited in the past 10 years charges for any tiny diagnostic or test, but this was hassle-free and FREE and on top of that 15% off. to me this was big. i have since sent tens of pairs that i DO NOT play with and they come back LIKE NEW. shows that a company takes safety seriously and abides by all federal regulations. 2 of the neighborhood shops started doing business with them based on my recommendations and i'm not stopping. this company deserves more. reading through some disgusting reviews out there, i have to say one thing to you all "DO NOT TAMPER OR FIGGLE WITH YOUR SEAT BELTS!" and "THE LAW IS THE LAW" if your seat belts came back unrepaired, stop crying they WERE BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH and if they're not going to be safe upon repair why RISK IT? Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of them? Again, kudos to them and keep it up.
