“I was a little skeptical and nervous about sending my airbag module through the mail to be factory reset and serviced. However, I decided to trust Safety Restore after buying the airbag reset service for about $30 on eBay. They kept in good communication and turned around the service within a week. When I re-installed and connected my airbag module in my 2016 Nissan Altima, I still had to use an ODB-II device to clear the ECM codes, but after I did that, the airbag module showed proper function when I start the car after I had replaced all of the deployed airbags. Keep in mind that it is ok to run the car without the airbag module installed, but not safe to drive (as the airbags cannot deploy in an accident without the airbag module installed and properly functioning). However, I still needed to move my vehicle in and out of the garage while I waited for the airbag module to get back to me. But you definitely want the battery to be disconnected when you are connecting the yellow connections to the airbag module. I feel a lot better now after Safety Restore cleared the crash data from my airbag module and I would definitely use them again if I ever need their services.”

“I cannot stress enough how incredible it was to work with the Hackspeditiously team. I was scammed out of $155,000 in a crypto investment that I had been in for over half a year. Although things started out well, things went south, and despite my persistent complaints, I was unable to recover my investment. “Sent in for web replacement. Service and turnaround was as promised. Unfortunately replacement was the wrong color black instead of grey and now the belt needs help retracting. They offered to send samples and replace never received them.”

“AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! Just like this previous feedback : “After you pay, they ask for more money and they’d ghost you. Promises 24 hour turnaround on the second week and calling daily when being promised daily that my part will be shipped, up to now I haven’t received my airbag module, better off going somewhere.””

“The people I talked to were great but they couldn't fix the problem. They did a great job on the seat belts but corrupted the programming in the brain box. I sent it to them with 3 codes & it had 24 codes when it came back. They did it over with the same results. Sent it to myAirbags and they said the module is unusable. Next time I will start there. Got a full refund but now I have to buy a brand new factory module and have the dealer program it.”

“Don't do business here. I had 2 seat belt retractors sent in, they fixed one right the other was still defective. When I called to get returned I was on hold for an excessive amount of time, then left a VM with my number. they never called back. Then when they did, they won't warranty since it's been over 14 days from shipment. A waste of time and money. PS look up these parts on hollanderparts and have shipped. It's cheaper and quicker.”

“Customer service is terrible!!! They commit to a 24hr turn around, which is a complete lie. They have had my repair since 8/11/2020 (now it is 8/19) and every time I call no one can tell me what the status is, if it has been shipped, or even if the repair has been done. All I can get out of anyone there is that they have my seatbelt. I have received no communication from this company other than to confirm they received my repair. Today the guy that answered the phone hung up on me after telling me he couldn’t tell me anything about my repair (this is the 2nd time this has happened to me)?!? Every time I call I am given the run around and told to call back when one of their managers is there. Curiously, after 3 calls they never have a manager there nor has anyone called me back. Stay away from this company!!!! They are a complete fraud!”
