Sent in for web replacement. Service and turnaround was as promised. Unfortunately replacement was the wrong color black instead of grey and now the belt needs help retracting. They offered to send samples and replace never received them.

When I got the module back after resetting, missing 1 bolt from the cover plate. That told me something about the quality of work that you have done.

Seat belt came back short but useable. Sent specific return shipping instructions that were not followed, the post office was going to " return to sender" but I was able to stop them. The turn around and workmanship were excellent.

Sent in 4 seatbelts from a 2013 Mercedes to be rebuilt after accident and they seem to be working however 2 of the plugs were damaged in shipping i would assume and it looked like the same box I sent them in was used to return them and the box looked a bit abused.

No longer honors the 24hr TAT Had an instance where the seatbelt I sent in wasn’t repaired properly. I called in to complain but they tried convincing me that it was operator error until I provided evidence that it was not fixed properly it was however resolved promptly and I was happy

Almost had to pay for 4 seatbelts for a 2 seater corvette. Problem was quickly resolved by my sales rep. Rewebbing to a new color came out well, nice stitching. The problem is that there were instructions to move the OEM tags on the original belt (classic 1969 vette) over to the buckle side. Not only was it not done, when it was reinstalled back on to the original position, it was partially covered by the overlapping material. The other instruction was to add 10 inches to the buckle end, another request that was not done. These directions were discussed during the initial ordering, slips with directions were included under the rubber band wrapping each bundle and a full sheet summary was stapled with the order form.

I sent in primary and secondary pretensioners as well as an airbag module to have the charges changed and the module reset. The job was done but when I got them back they look like they came out of a salvage vehicle. They were all scratched up , my air bag module had a chip in the connector. They refunded me about 40 percent of what I spent. So I'm happy for that. The customer service was top notch, except for one person. When I spoke to the manager about what had happened he was a total ass, even called me an ass. He didnt even give me a chance to talk. He gave me a take it or leave it option instead of listening. He was very unprofessional hut Joe and Danny were awesome.

Used this service because of 24hr turnaround stated all over the website. Well they didn't have the webbing in stock and had to order it i guess. I say guess because no one informed me of this until i emailed asking about my order. Only then was i informed and the seat belt was shipped back. I was also offered a discount because of the issues stated but i've yet to receive it. The repair to the belt was perfect. The communication not so much.

Sent an airbag module & belt tensioner to be repaired. Got a email on Saturday Nov 2 that it was received and is in process. I was expecting to receive it back by Thursday Nov 7 at the latest but the package didn't get sent back to me till Friday Nov 8. What happened to the 24 hour turn around? When I called Saturday Nov 9 to talk to customer service I had to leave a message but never got a return phone call.

Two of the belts were sewed on backwards so we had to twist the mounts. No biggie. Will buy from them again if we ever need belts.

I sent two seat belt tensioners for repair 1 came back not good I had to remove it and resend it back.

I expected it would take about a week: 3 days to send; 1 day to fix; 3 days to return -- 7 days total. It took two telephone calls and 15 days.

I sent seat belts to get refurbished, they couldn't do it ,i understand why. But i did lose 30 bucks for shipping and return.

The new webbing looked great. I was a little more disappointed with the inside of the mechanism itself. I felt like it was going to really be gone over and was disappointed that when I got it back it still had quite a bit of dirt and debris inside of it. Was hoping to get it back refreshed.

I haven't put the belts back in the truck yet to see how they work. But, I feel that you advertised falsely about the 24 hour turn around. I sent them to you and you received them on a Friday. Then they were shipped back to me on the next Thursday. That seems like six days (or 120+ hours turnaround. Maybe I missed something in the fine print.
