Unit installed after repair...both seat belts changed...still have SRS Airbag light on. Have not coded yet to see if the 'repair' to SRS control module worked.

The webbing is so slippery the buckle slides lose when driving. Would like to see thicker or less slippery webbing. Maybe throw it through a washer a few times before installing on the hardware. Second , and my biggest gripe is that I shipped pristine hardware that is a combination of chrome and paint finish. When they were shipped back, the person packing the belts, wrapped the belts with the metal facing against metal, thus when bumped around through transport, the buckles scratched themselves. I wasn't sending a generic buckle. These are ultra rare hardware. They cannot be found anywhere at any price.

I sent off 2 seat belts to be restored. One worked fine but the other was still locked up. They do warranty their work but I have to have to pay for shipping to get it back and wait probably another week to fix something that wasn't my fault. The least you can do is pay for shipping but that is my 0.02.

All good on webbing replacement but seat belt would not fully retract. Tried to call office for advice, three times, during working hours...got no response. Took belt out of car and added 3 wraps on return spring and it works good now.

Thought I was getting a similar belt for the price with similar stitching. Got a thin belt with mediocre stitching. They did not try to clean other parts and only put a button in one of the belts. Wasn't impressed for the price.

I sent in my F430 belts to get rewebbed and it a full 8 days to receive after repair. I called and guy on the other end did not care or act like he cared the “2day” return shipping took 8 days. I asked for shipping refund and he said USPS doesn’t refund. He basically didn’t care or offer to refund ANY amount of shipping paid. I was going to change the color on my Lamborghini and Porsche belts but have change my mind now. Customer service is dead here.

Quality of work was excellent. Customer service was terrible....they say they will call you back, they don't, they say its been shipped, it wasn't. This went on for quite a few days causing major concern on my end until I finally got to talk to one of the female employees who actually went out to the shipping area and put my parts on priority. Will I do business with them again? Yes, but don't expect them to deliver in a timely manner.

Turnaround service for seat belt replacement was great. Unfortunately the seatbelt clip and shoulder hanger were installed backward. I had to disassemble the unit and re assemble.

I was charged return shipping cost. I had also paid for shipping to their facility. This including repair costs makes them more expensive than their competitors.

I sent two seatbelts and an airbag module to be repaired. The seatbelts works flawlessly but the module continues to show the same code. The code appeared the moment that I put power to it.

I sent in my Airbag module to be reprogrammed, they received it on a Monday, even if they didn't start it until Tuesday (which is what they told me when on called on Thursday) there site says 24hr turn around time, it should have been in the mail by Thursday morning at the latest. I call on Thursday around 3pm and the guy on the phone said they were going to send it out that night (which was a lie) it wasn't until Monday that I got an update that a mailing label was even printed. I received it back on Wednesday. So from the day I sent it in until I received it back was 2 weeks. So if you do use this service expect 2 weeks. The shipping only took 2 business days each way, this service should of only taken 1 week turn around. The 24hr turn around is false advertising. I run a business and 2 weeks for a part is too long. If they would of just told me the truth about the delay, instead of lying about it, I would have been more satisfied. However if you are not in a hurry I would recommend the service as you do save a lot of money not buying a new module from the dealer.

I sent 1 dual stage and 1 triple stage belt in for restoration as well as a air bag module and when I installed them the air bag light didn't go off so I was of to the mechanic as they suggest in their literature. the mechanic was able to give me the codes and some pages of the manual on how to fix the problem so after I did a lot of reading I took out the triple stage belt and tested it like they should have before they returned it I found a open circuit in one of the three charges terminals so I returned it to them and they did fix it under warrenty as they should however I spent a additional 16 dollars to ship it back to them and had to pay for scanning so I could figure out what was wrong and if I understand correctly I will have to pay to scan it again to erase the code that was set when they screwed up the first time. this is on top of the 120 dollars they charged me to fix it. I could have easily gone to the ford dealer and bought a new one for less money and time.

I requested for airbag module rest. However, I still have the airbag light on. Airbags are intact seatbelt is functional. I am not sure what is wrong. Hope if there were local store that let me know what is wrong

Called last week asking if they could do a certain vehicle, was on hold close to 30 minutes before voicemail picked up. Still have not received a return call and I did leave a message. Otherwise love them and their speedy turnaround time
