stitching didn’t look as professional as expected and doesn’t look totally bomber.

They did a great job rebuilding my seat-belt pretensioners. I was a little disappointed to see that they weren't able to reset my Airbag Control Module though. It wasn't the end of the world because I understand these things happen, but the disappointing part came when I had to specifically contact them to request my refund (they wanted to give 'store credit' initially) and then was only given a partial refund. I would have been more satisfied if their policy was to automatically refund the full amount for the service that could not be completed back to the original payment method. Good job on the seat-belts though.

Service and repair is pretty good but return shipping takes forever.. So repair is 5 stars and shipping is 1

They boast a 24 hour turn around, but I had to wait more than a week after my delivery was confirmed before they shipped it back. The car wouldn't start once the part was installed (2011 CRZ) and needed a software update. Wish I'd known that.

Happy with turn around time. Not happy with fact that new belt was far from a match to old Jaguar color, not even close. Further the button that keep latch from falling to floor was not installed in new belt. We are sure it was safe however were not impressed with quality

Works good but slow turnaround. It took almost a week from the time they received it until they sent it back. (Opposed to 24hr advertised)

Quick service and Operation was fine, but had issues with one of the retractors not working well with the computer or airbag module. Rather than dealing with the hassle, I bought a new one instead

I had a locked up seat belt & SafetyRestore repaired it for me, seems to be ok. My biggest complaint overall is how long it took to get the belt back. It was repaired and shipped out the day after it was received via Fed Ex ground. It took 10 days to get delivered. I had sent the belt to SafetyrRtore via Express Mail that cost $12 and was delivered in 2 days. SafetyRestore charges $15 for the shipping why they could not use express mail is a mystery to me. The other thing is that I wanted to know what caused the problem since the vehicle had not been in an accident. I called and was told belt assembly had been completely rebuilt. However, I could see very clearly that the original gas charge had not been replaced ( I took a picture of the worn and scuffed up OEM label) though Safety Restore told me that it had been. I have a warranty but have to wonder if it will be honored if I have another problem with the belt.

I am suppose to get a refund back because you were unable to fix the one seat belt. I will write a review when you return that to me. Thank You

After having a flawless first experience with SR on rebuilding some seat belts for me, 2 months later, my experience was mixed at best. Sent belts for a Chrysler Town and Country, Jeep Compass, and Mazda 6 in at one time. Got back the Chrysler and Jeep just fine, but the Mazda was not repaired, nor any explanation given, all I got was a sticker stating the belt didn't have all the parts. And to cap things off, they still haven't refunded the $100 bucks back to my CC for the "non repair". Customer service a bit poor on this one for sure. All in all, their repair service was just fine, communication left much to be desired. I would send them belts again Thanks, K Smith
