“I sent my front belts and airbag module to Safety Restore to repair and within 2 days they sent my items back to me. The seatbelts were repaired, but they had an issue with their system, so the module wasn't able to be reset. I just wish they had communicated that to me prior to sending it back. I then sent it to another company and they said that the module was unrepairable because it had been corrupted by a previous attempted repair. Now I have to buy another module from the dealer and get it programmed. I just wish the communication was a bit better”

“The customer service was excellent and a very quick turn around. The only thing that was disappointing was they didn't charge us correctly the first time and we were charged an additional $100 after the first bill.”

“Worked good, Metal was beat up with vice marks from repair, and lower anchor deployment charge was crooked on anchor, but bolted in and worked”

“If I had to say anything negative I would say maybe invest in a steam cleaning gun to do a complete "restore" on safety belts for a like new appearance and function.”

“Safety restore did a great job they reset my air bag mode to factory reset no exception my first order was perfect transaction but the second one was a little delay before they ship it back to me every order thing they did well”

“After finding out you can have them fixed I looked up places that do it and prices. Found a couple place and decided to send here. Sent it out on a Monday it was fixed and had it back in a good amount of time. But after putting it in the plug was in the wrong way and had to send it back. It cost me more for shipping. If I ever need there service again, I would make sure to mark the way the plugs go back in and mark them so your not sending them back to have them put in the right way and spending more in shipping. There about the same price to rebuild as the junk yards want for other ones if you can find the color you need.”

“Well it took two attempts but it is repaired and installed. I thank you! I have no idea why it would not come out of the retractor the first attempt to repair But you fixed it on the 2nd attempt, You were professional throughout the ordeal and I appreciate that very much. I do highly recommend your service and thank you for all the effort you put forth to repair this seat belt for me., Thank you again, Lloyd”
