“We have used this service mutliple times, and the only hitch we've had is the automated system failed to let us know one of our airbag control module could not be reset. I have talked to one of the representatives about this, and hopefully if this ever occurs again, I will know in advance. Other than that one incident, this is a great service, and what an awesome use of resources! It repairs what we have, instead of adding waste.”

“I am pleased with the work done and the help I got when I had a self created problem putting the repaired seatbelt back in. The yellow electrical plug is nearly idiot proofed, but I managed to bend the delicate prongs that complete the circuit. A phone call put me on the right track and I managed to get it together and the dreaded warning light off. My only quibble is that phone communication is not good. I had to text to get the phone call answered. I did get help then. I will use Safety Restore again and recommend it.”

“Safety Restore completed a seat belt repair and an airbag module reset for me this summer. They did a great job and everything works perfectly. Airbag lights are all off now and working normally. Probably would've had to "total" car without them. It wasn't exactly a 24 hr return but didn't take more than a week total.”

“I sent my seat belt in after being chewed up by our dog. Thank you to SafetyRestore for offering this repair MUCH cheaper than dealership prices. Repair was fast and shipped back quickly. I was kept up to date with emails of status of my repair. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that a staple holding part of my seat belt assembly loop was smashed and not put in correctly when the webbing was replaced, so I had to re-do that myself. Pretty easy and minor. Overall very pleased and I would not hesitate to use Safety Restore again!”

“Very quick turnaround on the seat belt. Was repaired the same day it was received. The seat belt was returned functional and in working order once again. I was expecting it to feel a little more refreshed or in newer condition. The spring return that draws the seat belt into retracted position still felt loose. It was not a strong retraction as I still need to manually help the seat belt retract.”

“I didn’t want to write a review yet until I was able to replace the airbags. Needed to make sure the module works. The belts are great! And the turn around time was nice. I wish the new bags would have got here that quick. Thanks”

“I used Safety Restore in 2016 and decided to use them again this year for a salvage truck I was repairing. My only issue was in communicating that they only received 3 of the 4 parts I had sent. An explanation on the E-mail showing a price change could have also been helpful to me in knowing that there was a problem with the package I had shipped. I was unable to speak to anyone in person. I found the on line chat and E-mails did delay in resolving my issue and I even left a number asking someone to simply call me to discuss the issue which they never did. It turned out that the package I sent had actually been damaged while being sorted at the Post Office. Had we found this out the first day I could have ordered the part I needed from the dealer and completed the repair on time. As far as the service for the parts you did receive, the service was timely and appears to be correct.”

“All right I must applaud team at safety restore because their General customer service is commendable I had sent my airbag to be reset and it had stated on the website a 24 hour turnaround time when I realized that it was actually more than 24 hours I was a bit disappointed and upset and I reached out to the safety restore team and even though I got the airbag module later than expected I was delighted to hear that they were willing to offer me a partial refund to appease the situation and for that I believe is excellent customer service I would definitely use the service again and recommend to it all of my friends thanks again safety restore team”
