“I sent the front seat belts to my truck to have the webbing replaced that my mini Aussie chewed up. There was a problem shipping it back because I had requested UPS or FedEx but somebody screwed up and sent it USPS which doesn't deliver to my house. It was only a couple days delay but I couldn't use my truck. The work they did was amazing. It was smoother than when it was new. The only problem is that damn dog chewed them up again within 2 days. So I guess I'll be sending them back. Maybe I'll send the dog with it.”

“It works but not like it was new. The belt does not retract real fast as it gets a little slug gage. expected to be snappy when I get out of car.”

“I called Safety Restore before sending my seatbelt/pretensioner to them, the guy on the phone said send it and we will call you with the price, depending on what is wrong. I got an email saying it was all set and paid?? After a few more days, I logged into their website and there was a message "Call2Pay". I called and left a message. At the end of the day a girl called back and I gave them the payment info. The girl said it would go out that day (Wed). Friday I got an email saying it had been shipped Friday. Because of President's day, I did not receive it until Tuesday. So it was almost two weeks turnaround even though we both are in Mass. But bottom line, when I installed it, it worked perfectly immediately. No more airbag light or beeping. So they do a great job. I suggest logging onto their website immediately after sending them a belt to make sure there are no payment issues holding up the return.”

“Took a little longer than I thought to have my seatbelt rebuilt and airbag control module reset but I saved over $500 from buying new.”

“Driver seat belt failed retractor pretensioner code B1121-1A. Second shipment was misplaced due to my failure to place copy of order in box, even after immediately informing them with USPS tracking information and a report back that they had the shipment in hand...”

“Only issue was the time it took to ship. Maybe I read wrong but I was expecting a quicker delivery than postal service ground. Would have paid more for quicker delivery. But no more SRS light”

“Very efficient and quick turnaround. I had hoped that the winding mechanism that was repaired would pull back the belts a little better. They did improve, but could have more strenght.”

“Thank you for your quick and professional turnaround. Good to have such service available. Two things though. With my recent order. 1. The passenger side mounting bolt tab apparently got a slight bend in it while in your care. I didn’t realize it or how critical it was until it caused the bolt to cross thread the mounting nut attached to the body. I was only able to tighten the bolt half way in. 2. The drivers side belt does not freely retract its full length. I do not have that problem with the passengers side.”

“Didn't give it a five because they couñdnt fix the modulator but they quickly contacted me to let me know of my options. And they sent to a place in Texas and they got the modulator fixed.”

“The seat belts look great! I gave 4 stars because I got my driver's side assembly back damaged. The second stage pretensioner electrical connector was broken and pushed down inside the tube that mounts to the floor. I was able to pull it back out and plastic weld it in place, but at $500 to replace, I hope that it still works!”

“Sent seat belt to Safety Restore to repair seat belt retractor. Had it back and reinstalled in the car within 5 days. Fast service was impressive. Experienced the same issue a couple days following. Contacted Safety Restore and they asked that I send the seat belt back to them and they would perform a warranty repair at no charge. Again sent seat belt back and again was impressed with fast return service. Has been just short of a week now and so far no issues with the second repair.”
