I called Safety Restore before sending my seatbelt/pretensioner to them, the guy on the phone said send it and we will call you with the price, depending on what is wrong. I got an email saying it was all set and paid?? After a few more days, I logged into their website and there was a message "Call2Pay". I called and left a message. At the end of the day a girl called back and I gave them the payment info. The girl said it would go out that day (Wed). Friday I got an email saying it had been shipped Friday. Because of President's day, I did not receive it until Tuesday. So it was almost two weeks turnaround even though we both are in Mass. But bottom line, when I installed it, it worked perfectly immediately. No more airbag light or beeping. So they do a great job. I suggest logging onto their website immediately after sending them a belt to make sure there are no payment issues holding up the return.
