“everything went fine, but it took a little longer than the 24 hours advertised. It was less than 48 though.”

“Bought a used Jeep the old owners dog chewed the rear belts leaving no buckle, safety restore fixed them for me, 1 side kept sticking so I had to mail them back twice but safety restore stuck behind its work and fixed them both times without charging.”

“The turnaround was quick and the belt retracts a little slower than before. Safety Restore did offer to look at the belt again but I can't afford the car being out of commission again so I had to declined. Support was prompt and nice too.”

“Very quick turnaround on the rebuilds but my airbag light is still on. I need to investigate further as it could be one of the three airbags that I had to replace and they were from another Ford Explorer (not new parts). I’ll see what the scan tool tells me.”

“Overall I'm happy with the service. The return packaging was terrible though. Box was beat up and seat belt brackets were bent from shipping. Air bag module barley had any wrap around it.”

“Service worked well. Response times are as advertised. That part was really great. I was frustrated by the lack of knowledge to instruct me how to eliminate the codes I was seeing on my dashboard information cluster. I was told by Safety Restore these codes would just disappear once I disconnected the battery for 1/2 hour and reconnected the belts. In short, I had to bring to a mechanic to reset. I think SR can do a better job setting expectations. In summary that is why only 4 star, as the work itself and response time were fantastic. Thanks.”

“Belt works perfect! Not quite the “24 hour” turn around time as advertised with return shipping, but repairs were done and shipped out the day it was received. Will definitely use this service again if necessary.”

“I had a great experience with SafetyRestore. They did a wonderful job fixing my seat belt. They did not have the software for my srs control noclx but they did refer me to another company. The other company was not nearly as good but I am satisfied with SafetyRestore.”
