Great service and we've been very happy. One slight mess up, they overlooked our prepayment and didn't ship it back.. Other than that, they couldn't have done a better job servicing our needs.

They did a great job fixing the belt and resetting the module. Also, they’re online chat feature is awesome way to get a quick answer to any of your questions. I will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Had back surgery and haven't re-installed said parts. I suspect they will be fine. Your turn around time was very good but communication and phone contact was very difficult. kept getting a recording and placed on hold to which no one answered. Finally just hug up after 10-12 minutes. Finally reached you via phone one morning and everything was taken care of. Neil

I had a seatbelt that was chewed by my dog that I sent in. They repaired everything but when I received the seatbelt back it had receded into a locked position which I tried to fix with no luck. However they took the belt back and fixed it again free of charge, so I will definitely use the service again in the future

I am not sure how to rate your most recent service. In the past, I have used you many times for seat belt repair but I always sent my SRS module to Georgia. I never had a problem in the past. This time I called and you said that you could reset a 2017 Frontier SRS, so I sent it with the belts. However, after I installed all of the belts, new airbags, and srs....the airbag light stayed on. If there is something that I need to do additional to make the light go out please let me know???

Great service and fast working employees! I am glad to have picked these guys to work on my seatbelts. I would however like to say that no one ever answers their phone line. I had to text them to finally get a response.

The front seat belts in my son's 2001 Toyota Tacoma weren't retracting well. Because of this, he was shutting the door on the belts, and they were getting dirty/greasy and a little frayed. I removed them and sent them to SafetyRestore. I got them back very quickly, 4-5 days round-trip from Denver. They retract much better, though possibly not like new, but the belts weren't replaced, only cleaned up a bit. I'm not sure what I should have expected for such a low price -- just $110, plus $30 for me to ship from my end. The cost to buy replacement assemblies would have been at least $340. I'm still very satisfied.

The service seems to have worked for me but I needed better shipping options and quicker return because my vehicle was out of commission without this part.

Everything worked as intended airbag light went off and seat belt was no longer locked, only complaint is the seat belt sticks but can't complain since it didn't even work before

Ordered seatbelt/ belt replacement and all proceeded in a rapid and timely manner. The belt was a match to the belt remaining on the right side.Color was accurate. The only issue I found when finishing the installation was the floor anchor was set up as for the Right side of the vehicle. I believe the belt could have been flipped but that would have required complete disassembly.

The workmanship and quality was very good. A passenger seatbelt was sent in and we selected the color. The drivers side seatbelt was sent in and we indicated that we wanted the same color as the other order. It came in a different shade of color and buckle was installed on reverse side. Recommend color part number be used to avoid color mismatch. Overall experience was good.

Computer module was not reset and a note was placed on the module. Not sure, if I was charged for this module.
