“I appreciated the service but I was treated a little like a knucklehead when I didn't send the webbing with the broken seat belt retractor. Maybe that could be made more clear on your website?”

“Great service. Worked better than before and exactly as advertised and promised! But... very pricey. All communication is 100% automated. Shipping painfully woefully slow, especially if it's your driver's side unit. We sent it to them USPS Priority mail from the midwest to the East coast and they got in 2 days. They shipped it back UPS 5-7 day ground and we were without a driver's side seat belt for 11 days.”

“Failed ftp fix the seat belts P/T on the 1st tried, customer have to send unit back with their own expense. I think SafetyRestore should send the call tag the customer. That is the reason for 4 starts. otherwise excellent customer service and quick response.”

“Easy to use web page and had some help with what to do on the order, package arrived and the work was done very quick, two single fire tensioners and one double. Package return on same day that it arrived. The repackage of the repaired tensioners was not good, just dropped into a box with no material to keep them from contacting each other on the return, I hope they work? will install tomorrow. A LITTLE MORE EFFORT IN PACKAGING THEM WOULD MAKE THE JOB PERFECT. NEW ONES ARE CLOSE TO 1500.00.”

“We use safety restore for everything. we are a very large shop sending large quantities of work their way all the time. While they are able to do all seat belt types, not all modules can be reset. I don't know maybe modules go bad for good sometimes. It is very small number of modules they cannot do but I wish every module was reset all the time. Very fast turnaround very good price and very good customers service.”

“The only reason for 4 stars is that I couldn't reach them by phone. Not sure if they're short staffed on cs or what, but e-mail was answered very quickly. My order came back as expected with no problems.”
