Great service. Worked better than before and exactly as advertised and promised! But... very pricey. All communication is 100% automated. Shipping painfully woefully slow, especially if it's your driver's side unit. We sent it to them USPS Priority mail from the midwest to the East coast and they got in 2 days. They shipped it back UPS 5-7 day ground and we were without a driver's side seat belt for 11 days.
