Easy to use web page and had some help with what to do on the order, package arrived and the work was done very quick, two single fire tensioners and one double. Package return on same day that it arrived. The repackage of the repaired tensioners was not good, just dropped into a box with no material to keep them from contacting each other on the return, I hope they work? will install tomorrow. A LITTLE MORE EFFORT IN PACKAGING THEM WOULD MAKE THE JOB PERFECT. NEW ONES ARE CLOSE TO 1500.00.
