I used Safety Restore in 2016 and decided to use them again this year for a salvage truck I was repairing. My only issue was in communicating that they only received 3 of the 4 parts I had sent. An explanation on the E-mail showing a price change could have also been helpful to me in knowing that there was a problem with the package I had shipped. I was unable to speak to anyone in person. I found the on line chat and E-mails did delay in resolving my issue and I even left a number asking someone to simply call me to discuss the issue which they never did. It turned out that the package I sent had actually been damaged while being sorted at the Post Office. Had we found this out the first day I could have ordered the part I needed from the dealer and completed the repair on time. As far as the service for the parts you did receive, the service was timely and appears to be correct.
