We have used this service mutliple times, and the only hitch we've had is the automated system failed to let us know one of our airbag control module could not be reset. I have talked to one of the representatives about this, and hopefully if this ever occurs again, I will know in advance. Other than that one incident, this is a great service, and what an awesome use of resources! It repairs what we have, instead of adding waste.
