You were fast. but you left me out of the loop when you could not fix it, you sent it to Texas gave me a refund. Then I had to ask you what's up. you then told me the plan and who to get a hold of in Texas. All worked out. So I guess you'll did good

The turnaround time was good, customer support was helpful when needed. Some questions could have been answered on the website to make the service more clear. Qaulity was madiocre, fasters used in place of oe rivets looked cheap and did not seem to fit properly. The replacement webbing was 99% match to the oe. The repaired seat belt came back dirtier than when it was sent in with greasy black fingerprints on the tan webbing. One mechanism does not function as supposed to from gm, the retractor does not engage the anti pull out mechanism when fully extended. Overall rating is about 60% for what it cost. I should have spent yhe additional $50 and bought brand new replacements from dealer.

Seat belt is perfect. Module still had all the DTC codes on it. It was never reset. Had to have them all erased by a technician. Would have sent it back , but didn't have time to send it back, get it cleared, and then returned. Needed car fixed. Would not recommend module reset.

Sent in my seat belt buckle prententioner. Recieved it back recharged, but the cable is still in the deployed position and was overlooked by their "Techs". Waiting to send it back to give them a second attempt.

They claim 24 Hour Turnaround on all Repairs and they got my part on Friday and it is Tuesday and still have not ship it back.

I sent in my driver's belt from my Mercedes S-Class which had fallen apart do to heat warping the plastic casing. I sent it in, got it back remarkably quickly, but now, the seat belt doesn't work like new, it still doesn't retract and leaves about of foot of belt hanging. So, while the belt DOES work now, I most definitely wouldn't call it "Restored". Barely Satisfactory.

The turn around time was as advertised. However the seat belt retracted well one time, after that it only retracts by hand feeding the belt back into it's holder with 2 or 3 pushes. Fortunately, the state inspection was all ready passed. All in all the belt is useable.

pretty disappointing when I have used your service for sometime and joe blow can get it cheaper on ebay

Seat belts rebuilt - worked great. Airbag module returned with "not reset" with no explanation given and no refund. Would have been happy with service cost refunded (not shipping) but no money was ever refunded and customer service requests were ignored (not answered with no - ignored). I sent the module to a different service that had no problems resetting the module. I will not use safetyrestore again and suggest using other services that have a money-back guarantee.

After a minor accident, I was grateful to find that this repair service was available. To ensure that I was following the right procedures, I called Safety Restore to confirm order of operations prior to paying and shipping my items, and the employee gave me a code for free shipping. I paid for the services the same day that I shipped the items for repair; however, after eight days, I had not received any communications about my items being received, repaired, or then shipped. I utilized their online account services to keep up with my order, but it didn’t provide much useful information. I called Safety Restore to find out more information. The employee was willing to help but could give me no more information. So I tracked my order with the tracking number from the post office. It was then that I found out that my order had been shipped unnecessarily to the wrong distributing location. My order was corrected and arrived at Safety Restore the next day. From the time that my order was received, I did not receive my order back to my home for another seven days. I receive emails regarding shipping arrival and departure. Safety Restore provided the services that I paid for but not in 24 hours as they advertise. Finally, I had to call them after reinstalling the airbag module in my car, only to find out that I had paid for a service that is ineffective unless you have already replaced the airbags. They did, however, tell me that the airbag module is on a lifetime guarantee and that they will fix it at a later time if I so desire.

Unfortunately they were not able to reset my module and sent it back with a sticker informing me. There was no information on how to obtain a refund. I had to contact them myself and find out how to get refunded. I think they should have made an effort to contact me or enclose some sort of refund paperwork with the module. They were able to repair my seat belt retractor, hence the 3 stars.

Hello, I cant complain they were very fast. the only reason I rate 3 is because they weren't able to restore my restrain module so I had to buy a new one. And, that was my reason to send parts their way. other than that, sit belt repair was great is working fine so far.

I sent you seatbelts that were returned and fixed fine. I sent you an SRS unit it was sent back unrepaired. You should delete its model number from your list of items if you cant fix.

I'm assuming the repair was made. I did not receive any details about the work done or if in fact my part was even bad. It was quick turnaround as advertised and I received a piece of paper for warranty. This did not solve my problem but did narrow down what might be the problem. I will probably have to have the computer module reset. Hopefully that fixes it.
