After having a flawless first experience with SR on rebuilding some seat belts for me, 2 months later, my experience was mixed at best.
Sent belts for a Chrysler Town and Country, Jeep Compass, and Mazda 6 in at one time. Got back the Chrysler and Jeep just fine, but the Mazda was not repaired, nor any explanation given, all I got was a sticker stating the belt didn't have all the parts. And to cap things off, they still haven't refunded the $100 bucks back to my CC for the "non repair".
Customer service a bit poor on this one for sure.
All in all, their repair service was just fine, communication left much to be desired. I would send them belts again
