You do not answer your phone. Your service dept. did not respond to an e-mail inquiry concerning the lack of a confirmation e-mail. You did not answer the same inquiry sent to your company e-mail. I paid your company $90 for a repair that has not been done, because I cannot get anyone at your company to respond. Which you also apparently do not realize or you would not have sent this e-mail for a review. I have never had such appalling service from a company doing business online. You rate a 0 out of 10. Please refund my money, you have done zero to earn it. I'm sure that I will never hear from you again. You have no customer service, what a joke.
