i sent in a retractor that had been in a collision and was locked up, it came back working perfectly. It reset in the computer with no problems. Some of the companies say they repair them but one time pull out and they lock right back up. But not with Safety Restore repairs they work like OEM parts again. Get your moneys worth with them.
