It was less than a week from when I removed the seat belt parts to when I reinstalled them. Along the way I received an email at every stage of the process, from when they received my package, when they started working on it, to the return shipping details. The belt itself was excellent. It even had the original tags transferred over. Though I may have gotten an aftermarket belt for around the same price, using Safety Restore eliminated the worry about the replacement belt not being an exact fit. Our dog has chewed every seatbelt in every one of our cars. Safety Restore will be getting all our seatbelt repairs for those cars too.
