Wanted to wait to report until able to provide longterm reliability. Almost 2 years since the repair of shoulder harness retractor to my son's car, and works perfectly. I normally repair everything on cars myself, but tried this job and only succeeded in irreparably unraveling the spring.
I know what I did wrong and could probably do a successful job next time. But, for the convenience, price and professional transaction I won't bother and instead just order here again.
