I called about getting a seat belt repaired for a 27 year old Toyota Previa. Ordered the kit and was looking for someone to remove the belt. A week later the driver’s door locking mechanism failed and I couldn’t find the replacement part anywhere in the US. I’m no spring chicken and couldn’t be crawling across the seats so most reluctantly I had to let my beloved vehicle go (now a farm vehicle). I called and promptly got a refund. Customer service was EXCELLENT.
