I have a 1999 Toyota 4 Runner, purchased new. After so many years of using my driver's side seatbelt, the re-coil spring had simply lost it's ability to do it's job. I found SafetyRestore on line. I live on the West Coast,, shipped the seatbelt assembly to them on the East Coast. Upon receiving the seatbelt, they serviced and shipped back. I installed in my car... it now re-coils like new.
