I cannot believe how easy it was to change my seat belt pre-tensioner after watching your video AND how great your service was. I am the most satisfied customer ever. - It was simple to do after watching you video. - You got the part back to me with just a few days of my mailing it - The local shop wanted to charge 2.6 hours labor and $360 for the part, a total of $760 to change only one. - The Lincoln dealer then wanted $1100 to change only one. - I changed both my pre-tensioners for ~$100, and each one took about a half hour. It was very easy, three big bolts. The light went out! You guys are GREAT!
