Not only did they rebuild my seat belts, good as new. They kept in contact through every step of the process. Sent me a message when they received belts from me. Then called me repeatedly ( until I answered) to ask if I really wanted the color that I ordered or "best match". Then they called when the repairs were finished and shipped back to me ahead of schedule.
These folks get it done! This is what Customer care should be like. 10 out of 10 and two thumbs way up!
