I sent two dog chewed seat belts for repair and as advertised, they were received and returned within one day. They sent me a message saying they were received, called me on phone about color of the webbing, then sent me another message with return shipping info. Amazing in today's world that they were so communicative. The repaired belts as good as new and work great, highly recommended. I shipped via UPS but should have used less expensive USPS.
