being that my camper was a 1997 dodge ram and needed the seatbelt properly constructed and adjusted so it would pass Virginia state inspection, i sent it to safety restore, after my repair shop tried to locate a new or used one for several weeks, otherwise I would not be allowed to operate it in the state of Virginia.
