The only thing I could maybe say, is that the examples of the hazard assessment, was a bit much.
I have been in a high risk construction industry for most of my life. With farming, roofing, and carpentry.
Hazard assessment is very personalized. 10 people using the Risk Matrix, would get 10 different results.
