Course was very informative and thorough - my only criticism is about the exams - many, many questions seem more designed to trip up the user in confusing language than to test whether they know the material or not. I understand that there is a certain value in that, but it's a method that is overused in my opinion - the exams should be testing safety knowledge more than reading comprehension.
