Course materials were useful, but presentation was a bit dry. Very little variety in job types. It would benefit you to try to include a variety of job sites - farms, outdoors, etc., not just warehouses and construction sites. Maybe you need to include short videos with actors to make it more interesting. Also, more interactive activities to keep participants engaged.
