I found it very easy to use, and the online help/live chat was great too when I had a few questions as I went along. It would have been nice to be able to go back and change something I had already filled in, instead of having to wait until after I had submitted the will and paid. I am very happy with the printed will and it is very easy to understand. Thank you very much.
