unfortunately my husband had a n accident which was his fault, he phoned saga and everything was dealt with on the phone with no hassle whatever, no forms to fill in and the saga person could not have been more friendly and helpful, all together a very positive experience, also i recently added my son in law onto our insurance for a week, this also was so easy, and all done on the phone, well done saga.
