October 2021 ---I recently applied to ren-ew my insurance policy through Saga
Spoke to a very friendly, polite helpful agent ( David from the Hastings area ) Nothing too much trouble to answer---very clearly explained and easy to understand . So nice to speak to someone who offers reassurance and support --without it seeming too much trouble . We have been with Saga 4 years --for two cars and Home Insurance , and we will be staying with them for the future .
