"Insurers sell promises and that's what policyholders, including me, are buying. \r\nIn the event of a claim, I would judge the insurer on how they deal with it and how their promises are kept.\r\nNot having made a claim, I don't know - although if I do, I'm keeping my fingers crossed all will be fine!"
