I was very happy with the price of my Saga policy and all dealings with the company. However, whether I renew my Saga policy will depend on the quote I receive when it is due for renewal in April. I have found it is often the case that new customers are given preferential treatment and those who would prefer to remain loyal to one company are penalised. Hopefully, this will not be the case with Saga.
