Holiday to Sorento
Flight changed very short time before departure incurring extra expenses due to changes having to be made to car parking accommodation and travel
Trying to get an answer via phone is almost impossible, 2 hour wait to be answered, call handler basically metaphorically shrug their shoulders
No help
Tried calling at 5 pm and despite web site saying open till 5.30 recorded message saying lines closed
Doubt very much that l will use SAGA ever again.
Customer service is disgusting and makes what should be a pleasant experience very stressful
Web site says tickets will be despatched 2 wks before holiday now 48 hrs to go and no tickets
Now sitting waiting for phone to be answered, started ringing 9am still waiting, now 10.02 am
