My Grandma recently passed away. Shockingly bad service from Saga. Unsympathetic call handlers. I've been asked why I didn't cancel her insurance policy on the day of her death. And I've now found out that refunds are not given on policys if the amount is a penny under £5 pounds. Not the money that's important more the principal. Death is big business apparently, shocking how much profit they will be making by doing this.
