I waited 27 minutes for the phone to be answered. When it was finally answered I had to get my Husband (who is partially Deaf) to confirm it was ok for me to answer questions to get a Motorhome Quote. When I got back on the phone the operator said he hadn't completed the Data Protection Information so couldn't take me any further until he had spoken to my Husband again. It was extremely annoying as he was working up a Ladder. I had also got quotes from 3 other companies for a New Quote & not one of them had needed to speak to my Husband. 🤷♀️
I had tried to get a Quote on the Internet before phoning but couldn't get passed a certain question so it said I had to phone. Extremely Frustrated at waiting so long, unable to proceed on the Internet put the phone down. Extremely Annoyed at this moment in time 😡
