"I rang them up to change car details which took 2hrs to get through to as I was picking up a new car from dealership as I needed proof of insurance on a Monday morning, details weren\u2019t sent rang back on Tuesday morning which took over an hour and explained the problem, which I was told policy would b emailed to me within 5min, which it wasn\u2019t m, had to ring back Wednesday morning and explain again which then the policy was send to me, very poor service "
