Have been trying to make contact with a human at saga for a week after receiving my renewal cat insurance quote 149% increase on 3 year fixed.
They are a disgrace and should not be allowed to conduct a business when they make it so difficult to contact them especially when you are 80years old can't hang onto a phone for long and not very good with computers
