Horrible intimidating home insurance issue, Premium increased by 50%, couldn’t get hold of them on phone to discuss. Sent e mail, no reply. Cancelled direct debit. Saga think it’s then okay for them to start a new policy , with no mandate and charge for it, Having the worst time getting the invoice cancelled as I insured elsewhere. Complaints department didn’t reply in time scale, and they claim they called and i hung up, utter disgraceful treatment for an anxious pensioner, over £89, which I will never pay. emails one reply to, just go to the bottom of the queue, pathetic
