Avoid at all costs for home insurance…..the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. 8 months on from a water damage claim my elderly parents are still living in temporary accommodation due to the appalling claims service provided by Saga Insurance, their loss adjuster Davies and the contractors they use. Work still hasn’t started on getting the house back habitable, my best guess is it will be a year after the loss before they can move back in. Disgusting way to treat vulnerable elderly customers, I actually work in insurance and what I’m experiencing makes me ashamed of my industry. Insure with someone else.
