Have been a home insurance customer for four years. Received my renewal today and the premium has increased by 122%!!
Not only that, I waited over 40 minutes for my call to the "support" centre to be answered - this is scandalous. So unprofessional and very disrespectful to customers. When I finally managed to speak to an adviser, the best she could offer me was a reduction of £40 - so that my premium would increase by a mere 109%. Big deal. Extremely disappointed and will not be renewing.
