Last week my car broke down far from home where I was working, I'm insured for a hire car but couldn't get through to Saga. Today I've brought a new car, so need to update my policy before I can drive it. Made 15 (really!) calls to Saga, that last one holding from 5.15 to 6.00 pm, still no answer. Tried online but, like guy below, it told me 'Sorry our system seems to be having a problem'. So I can't collect my new car tomorrow which I need for work and going to have to hire one & take the hit. I don't know what's happened to Saga. They used to be so good.
