Needed another haircut by the time someone answered phone.
Saga sent me an email saying my documents were enclosed, but after trying for an hour to download invisible documents (note came up saying we did not have any policies with Saga) I gave up.
DD is being taken and I have a policy number but no way of getting documents, so not sure what we are covered for.
